61. MULTILAYERED NATURE OF REALITY (MNR)

I. View from Within the Tradition

Worldview of the Method A person lives simultaneously in several worlds: the world of the body and objects, the world of emotions, the world of thoughts and ideas, the world of social roles, and the world of inner silence. These worlds are layers of a single reality, and each operates according to its own laws. A person's life is determined by how well these layers are aligned with one another.

What Is Considered Reality Reality is not only what can be touched. Thoughts, emotions, attention, and inner states shape events no less significantly than physical actions. When a person directs attention toward something steadily and consciously, a structure of events begins to form in that direction. A disruption at one level inevitably affects all the others.

What Constitutes an Event An event is a point where a person's inner world meets external reality. It includes not only the fact itself but also the emotional response, the meaning-making, and the deep-level experience. The most significant event is the moment when thought, emotion, body, and will align into a single line. This is the birth of an Idea — an inner flash capable of changing the trajectory of a life.

Role of the Subject The person is not a patient or an object of diagnosis but the architect of their own reality. Through awareness, inner honesty, and will, one restores the coherence of one's levels. Responsibility means: everything that happens in life is the result of one's own decisions and states.

Purpose of the Method To restore Wholeness — a state in which thought, emotion, and body function as a unified system. The method helps to uncover inner fragmentation, suppressed fears, false goals, and loss of grounding, and then to build a new trajectory from one's own truth.

II. How the Method Works

Origin An original method created by Aleksey Chelmodeyev (Antalya, 2025). It integrates psychodynamics, strategic thinking, systems theory, and contemplative practices. It is not tied to any specific cultural or religious tradition.

What It Is Used For Identifying internal misalignment between thoughts, emotions, and actions. Understanding at which level a disruption has occurred. Restoring one's life trajectory through truth, attention, and will. Deep restructuring of personality through the 8 levels of "Personality Architecture."

Data Source The person's inner experience: their states, emotional reactions, mental constructs, bodily sensations, and the experience of truth and falsehood. Also — what occurs in the space between the practitioner and the subject during the process.

Interpretation Principle Structural analysis of layers (physical, emotional, mental, social, silence) combined with live interaction in the moment. Diagnosis and transformation occur not by template but in dialogue, where the practitioner's observation itself is a form of influence.

Temporal Scope From the present moment (the birth of an idea, the point of silence) through periods of integration to the trajectory of an entire life (mission, long-term vector).

Predetermination The method asserts human freedom and responsibility. There is no predetermined fate — the trajectory is shaped by acts of will and attention. External circumstances are acknowledged but not considered determinative.

Scale of Applicability Individual (primary), interpersonal (couples, families), group (teams, organisations).

Limitations The method requires a high level of awareness and readiness for truth; it does not work in the absence of motivation for change. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace clinical care. It is an original system without independent verification or standardised protocols. The result depends significantly on the practitioner's level.

Ethical Risks The subject may develop dependency on the practitioner. There is a risk of substituting the subject's truth with the practitioner's interpretation. Working with deep layers of personality may activate material requiring professional clinical support. A clear boundary between navigation and psychotherapy is essential.

Degree of Verifiability Academic verification is absent. Individual components (psychodynamics, systems theory) have a scientific basis. The method is oriented toward experiential results: restoration of energy, clarity, and coherence of action.

III. Place Among Other Methods

Methods with Similar Data Sources Works with inner experience — like psychoanalytic methods (Jung) and psychological typologies (MBTI, Enneagram). Also engages the space of interaction between people — like Constellations, Biodynamics, and Shamanism. The difference: MNR does not classify a person by type and does not work through trance states.

Methods with Similar Working Principles The structural model of layers resonates with Socionics and Wilber's Integral Model. It shares an interactive principle with Biodynamics and Applied Kinesiology. The difference: in MNR the primary instruments are word, observation, and awareness, not bodily contact.

Fundamental Difference from Similar Methods MNR does not rely on external symbolic systems (planets, numbers, archetypes) and is not tied to a specific cultural cosmology. The layers of reality are layers of a person's own experience. The focus is not on mapping everything but on restoring the working state of a specific person.

Attitude Toward Predetermination One of the least deterministic methods in the atlas. Reality is malleable and shaped by will, unlike methods that fix the subject within a given structure.

Possible Parallel Application Compatible with psychodynamic methods (MBTI, Socionics, Enneagram, Jung) as vertical integration on top of horizontal typology. Compatible with somatic methods (Biodynamics, Kinesiology) — the multilayered model expands somatic work. Compatible with contemplative practices — the point of silence as shared territory.
