C-axis (Causality)
C-axis · C-axis (Latin)
RU: Ось C (Причинность)
Axis C (Causality) is the second of the four classification axes of the Errarium platform.
The main question. Axis C answers the question: "Why does the method work?" — what type of cause-and-effect relation it assumes.
5 Values of Axis C
- C0 — Statistical: the method works because "it has been so many times" (correlations, Big Data)
- C1 — Structural: a rigid framework of types and categories (typologies, fixed classifications)
- C2 — Cyclical: recurring rhythms and periods (planetary cycles, seasons, age phases)
- C3 — Archetypal: collective unconscious, mythologems, synchronicity
- C4 — Interactive: cause emerges in living contact (constellations, kinesiology)
The Philosophical Depth of Axis C
The ontological premises of a method. Axis C is philosophically the deepest: it records the ontological premises of a method, that which "the method believes" about the nature of reality.
Errarium only maps. Errarium does not evaluate the validity of these premises — it only maps them. The aim is to assemble a map, not to render a verdict.
