Многослойная природа реальности (МПР)

The Multilayered Nature of Reality (MNR) method is an original integral system created by Aleksey Chelmodeyev in Antalya in 2025. It is founded on the idea that a person simultaneously inhabits several worlds — physical, emotional, mental, social, and the world of silence — and that the quality of their life is determined by the degree of alignment between these levels.

The method's central concept is wholeness: a dynamic state in which thought, emotion, and body align into a single trajectory aimed at realizing one's true intention. When this vertical alignment is disrupted, fears, false goals, inner fragmentation, and loss of life trajectory emerge. MNR addresses this fragmentation through truth — the moment when a person stops telling themselves a convenient story — and will — the directed movement of the entire system toward a goal.

The method's practical application is Personality Architecture: an engineering approach to personal structure across eight levels (sensory awareness, thinking, scenarios, truth, core, leadership, ancestral systems, mission). Session formats range from minimal (1.5 hours, one specific issue) to extended (6+ months, complete restructuring). The method's key event is the birth of an Idea: the instant when thought, feeling, body, and will converge at a single point.

In Errarium coordinates, MNR (#61) is a field/transpersonal method working with subjective experience and the intersubjective field. It synthesizes psychodynamic models, strategic thinking, systems theory, and contemplative practices. It is not bound to any cultural or religious tradition. The closest analogues by mechanism are biodynamics (#2) and systemic constellations (#27); the key difference is that the primary instrument is not bodily contact or spatial placement, but word, observation, and awareness.
